LOTD - Golden!

Hey Pretties,

So,it's a beautiful Sunny Monday & i seem to be loving the  LOTD(Ps : I try to do 2 lips for each look- A Nude/neutral & A Bold), so expect a lot back to back. I love the sculpted look, so get used to seeing a lot of sculpted looks as well(why not do it all, right!!!).

FOR MY FACE:

I used Mary Kay Medium Coverage Foundation in 504,600 & 708, set with Black Opal's Invisible Oil Blotting Pressed Powder & Deluxe Finishing Powder in Dark , Blush was Black Opal's Raisin & Ginger &.I applied highlights in a dramatic fashion using Black Radiance's Mosaic Bronzer in Golden Shimmer

FOR MY BROWS :

I used Eversheen's Eyeliner Pencil in Brown & Brown-Black(Tell no one, :)) & set my brows with SORME's Eyebrow Control Clear Mascara

FOR MY EYES:

I used Milani's Secret Cover Concealer in 03 Honey as a base, set with Black Opal's invisible pressed powder. Then, i used Casabella's Matte Brown eyeshadow in Mink & Black Opal's Raisin Blush to Contour my eyes. I lined my upper lashline with Jordana's EasyLiner in Black, set with a matte black eyeshadow from Sleek's  Safari Palette & for my lowerlashline, i used Jordana's Easyliner in Sterling Blue, Denim Blue & Sea Green

I applied Lashes by Marisse, using DUO's Surgical Lash Glue in white

I used a light gold shade from Revlon's Colorstay Palette in Copper Spice to highlight the inner corner of my lower lashline

  2. The application of your make up is so flawless and the results are amazing...but it seems like you used a whole bunch of make up items to achieve one look. Say I am a working mom on the go and I still want to look fab...how can I achieve these same looks without causing clutter with too many products? Rthym.

  3. Ok,rhythm, for a working mum, then you would need to use the following:
    - Use a Foundation that matches your skin(test it on your jaw line). As a makeup artist,i use more than 1 to even out irregularities, albeit in a very precise way
    - Your powder should blend flawlessly into your foundation.if it isn't the right shade, you will know.Black opal has a fantastic translucent powder,Mac has some nice ones too.Iman has great Luxury pressed powders and Semi-loose powders.
    - Use your Blush to contour your cheeks(Dark colours should be applied in the hollows of your cheeks and blended towards the ears.If you see you have gone overboard, pick up some powder on your powder brush and tone down the blush).
    - Any Brown shadow would surfice and a black eye pencil, smudged with some colored eyeshadow(better still some colored eye pencil will be great for opening the lower lash line)
    - a Berry Lipstick and a Bronzey lipstick would apply for any of the Looks(your Lipcolor determines your Blush color)

    All the Best!
